Most of us, I believe, have been stuck at some point in their life. Stuck in a job, stuck in an unhealthy relationship, stuck in a lack of confidence, or stuck in worry about appearance or body confidence for example.
When we are stuck, the feeling becomes a habit, we keep making the same choices, continue in the same mindset, hang around the same people and participate in the same activities. We may long for something different, but don’t know how to break free from the cycle of being stuck, or maybe we can’t identify that we are stuck at all.
Either way, here are some telltale signs that you could be stuck:
