Linda Sykes specialises in personal development training and coaching, covering all types of communication skills, e.g. all levels of coaching and selling skills, performance management and appraisal skills, team development and leadership.

Linda's career has included training the above skills in a variety of industries ­ Financial Services, Management Consultancy, IT, Materials Handling, Parts distribution, Retail and Insurance. Her qualifications include a Business Diploma and NVQ level 3 in Performance Coaching, INLPTA accredited trainer of NLP, Master Practitioner in NLP and Time Line Therapist. She is also a qualified facilitator for outdoor team development and leadership training.

Linda's background in working with a variety of businesses and individuals has given her a valuable insight into what helps people maximise their potential, and is passionate in her commitment to helping people achieve this for themselves.
