I have a wonderful niece called Ebony who is now 23. When she was 15, she wrote the following verse which I think is lovely and I have kept ever since. I recently read it out in the relaxation part of my yoga class and two people came up after class to say how much they liked her insights at that tender age.
Enjoy Every Moment…
Live life to the max and enjoy every moment.
Snapshots and memories being created
Grasping each opportunity.
Even though at times things aren’t perfect
There is something to be learned from the experience
Love to live and live to love.
Life has it’s ups and downs
But things get better

Don’t pass blame
This relates to dreams, desires, realities , wishes, hopes and faith.
She has always been interested in people and emotions, now has a degree in psychology and is an NLP Practitioner. She puts her wonderful skills to use by working with children who have learning disabilities – I am very proud of her.
